The Split is a thick braided nylon and a heavy-duty steel rope attachment rated over 500lb in load, built to hold up through the grind. The moulded grips are sweat-proof and anti-slip, contoured to your hand, to get rid of wrist strain and hand rub on every rep. The smooth-rotating eyelet lets each side follow its own path, maximising range of motion and keeping your alignment consistent across every angle. Think any cable exercise and The Split has you covered. Fitting any standard cable machine, you're to go.

How To Use

1. Clip On: Unclip the stock attachment from your cable machine. Clip The Split's steel bracket onto the cable.

2. Grip & Set: Take one handle in each hand, flared base against your palm. Even your arms up before the first rep — independent handles mean any difference carries through the whole set.

3. Train: Lat pulldowns, rows, face pulls, pushdowns — any cable movement. Each arm follows its own path, so both sides do their own work instead of your strong side carrying the weak one.

4. Repeat: Wipe the grips down after use and hang it to store. The braided nylon won't fray and the steel won't rust.

    Trustpilot reviews

    Excellent 4.9 / 5

    • "My left side was way behind and I had no idea"

Been doing pulldowns with a straight bar for four years. First set with these and my left arm was visibly slower than my right the whole way through. Annoying to find out, but that's the point I suppose. Three weeks in and it's evening out.

      Marcus Y.

    • "Finally something that doesn't shred my hands"

I've used the standard rope for years and the ends always dug into my palms on heavy face pulls. These actually fill your hand properly. Grips haven't slipped once even when I'm sweating. Rope feels far more solid than the frayed thing at my gym.

      Priya N.

    • "Replaced three attachments with one"

Home gym, so I'd accumulated a bar, a rope and two D-handles. This does all of it and takes up no space. It's insanely light and easy to get the hang of for an old fella like me!

      Dave R.

      Each arm works alone

Two independent handles, each following its own path. Your strong side can't carry the weak one, imbalances show up in a few reps instead of hiding for years.

      Moulded for a closed hand

Contoured grips with a flared base that fills your palm. No thin rope ends digging in, no hand rub, less wrist strain through heavy sets.

      Built to hold

Thick braided nylon and a heavy-duty steel buckle rated past 500lb. It won't fray at the ends the way budget ropes do after a few weeks.
